Solidgate: Set up

Solidgate does not allow to manage your dashboard via API. For this reason Solidgate integration contains a number of manual steps.

You would need to create Production and Sandbox channels, collect their API Keys and assign FunnelFox webhook destinations to them.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to your Solidgate → Developers → Channels

2. Create Sandbox channel
3. Copy API Secret Key and API Public Key to FunnelFox Integration Settings

4. On channel page press "Add an endpoint"

5. Pick following Events in the popup:
   1. "Updated card order"
   2. "Received dispute prevention alert"
   3. "Received card fraud alert"
   4. "Received card dispute"
6. Copy "Your Card Webhook URL" (it looks like https://api.funnelfox.com/webhook/v1/solidgate/MY_PROJECT/card) from Integration settings to URL in the popup

7. Press Add to create webhook destination
8. Press "Add an endpoint" again
9. Pick following Events in the popup:
   1. "Received alternative dispute"
   2. "Updated alternative order"
10. Copy "Your Alternative Webhook URL" (it looks like https://api.funnelfox.com/webhook/v1/solidgate/MY_PROJECT/alt) from Integration settings to URL in the popup
11. Press Add to create second webhook destination
12. Press "Add an endpoint" third (and last) time
13. Pick following Events in the popup:
    1. "Updated subscription (legacy)"
14. Copy "Your Subscription Webhook URL" (it looks like https://api.funnelfox.com/webhook/v1/solidgate/MY_PROJECT/sub) from Integration settings to URL in the popup
15. Press Add to create your third webhook destination
16. Go back to Channels
17. Create Production channel and repeat steps 3-15
18. You're good to go! 🎉
